Came across this article today on FLOG. Apparently the 4th of July bowl summer jib park has been shut down and removed by the USFS due to idiots leaving their garbage behind. I’ve seen a LOT of shit this summer on the rivers – waist deep and casting lines while Starbucks cups, water bottles and TVs (yes, full on CRT television sets) float down the river. Seriously people, are you that fucking lazy or just that fucking stupid?
Pack it in, pack it out. If you see someone trashing a place give them a verbal lashing. The open space you save may end up being your own.
